For some reason I'm unable to add my story to any folder. In the review submissions page the button to add a story doesn't appear, and in everything else it says I don't have permission.

Just below the main folder section. It's labeled Review Submissions, but there are no stories in it.

6759227 You can't add to empty folders through folders. You have to use the functionality on the story to add to empty folders. And once you add one story, you can add other stories even though the folder feature. Such is the great wisdom of knighty, the creator.
