Folders
-We have three standard folders, each one labeled for stories rated Everyone, Teen, and Mature.
-Readers will submit stories they liked to the appropriate folder.
-There is no standard or guideline for adding a story, only that a reader liked it.
-Readers will submit stories they liked for one month, not restricted just to stories added to Fimfiction over that month.
-At the end of each month, the folders will be cleared for fresh content, and the cycle will begin again.
-Our fourth folder is reserved for spotlighted stories (see below).

Reader’s Forum
-Each reader will keep a forum thread active for each month.
-This thread will list all the stories that individual reader added to the folders for the month.
-At the end of each month, this thread will be reset along with the folders.
-Readers will maintain a complete archive of stories they added to the group in a personal bookshelf. This bookshelf will be linked in each thread, and also under the readers’ names on our front page.

Monthly Spotlight
-Throughout the month, each reader will pick one story they added to the group to be highlighted in a spotlight thread.
-The reader will write a short blurb for their pick, and the story will be linked in the thread post.
-At the end of the current cycle, those eleven stories will be moved to our fourth folder for an additional month.
-While the folders and our readers' personal forums will all eventually be cleared, the spotlight threads will remain, and an archive thread linking to all individual monthly threads will be updated.
