Anyways, Cuddy is the logical one in the relationship, trying to make House not do stupid things and actually do his work safely and right. But House is essentially a jackass who likes to do things his own way, and ignores Cuddy completely.

Now replace the name 'House' with Discord and 'Cuddy' with Twilight.

Boom, they are alike. (Or just watch the show, you'll see)

So here's a AU story Idea is anyone would ever be interested on working on it with me:

Once Twilight becomes a princess, Celestia thinks she's ready to take on the challenge of reforming Discord... to be a doctor. You see, she and Discord were friends many decades ago, and Discord had shown great interest in how diseases work, along with how he body fights them off, seeing it as 'chaotic'. He would even help cure someponies that not even the smartest of doctors could find out what was wrong with them, and Celestia praised him for this even though she knew he was doing it for the sake of figuring out the chaotic puzzle behind it all.

So Celestia asks of Twilight to not only begin to run the Ponyvilel Hospital from now on (Twilight will have to watch Discord 24/7 at his 'job', and she is very educated on pony biology and running a business.), but to also rekindle Discord's fascination with medicine and then make him use the interest for good.

3835255 Sounds... pretty lame. Making Discord act like House will broke his "normal" uncontrollable and crazy self. Or maybe it won't. OK, it may work out, but maybe it's just better to write a crossover where Twilight meets a real Dr. House rather then "housed" Discord.
