Race: Pure Blood Pegasi
Background: Nearing the age of 13, Midnight Blitzer was excited to become 13, that is until his family was murdered by a extremist group who knew about his family being a pure blood race. Nearly getting killed as well, during the darkest hour, a power was unlocked inside of him. The power overloaded him, causing him to release a massive blast, killing the murders, but also unlocking his cutie mark. After careful examination by the government, and his ability, Midnight is set free, but now part of the military to control his rage that could spark the flame within him again. He made great friends with Shining who by the time had reached to become the Captain of the Guard, with Midnight next in command. Midnight would meditate, increasing the amount of power that he could control, as well as perfecting his ability, mastering it and reaching to a third grade. A fight that would lead him to near (if not temporary) death would lead him to discovering a new ability, a ability that connects back to his cutie mark in a new light. Now at the age of 18, there's many paths that the young male pegasi could take, the question is what path will you give him?

Abilities:
Burnout - Midnight's first ability. A ability first activated by rage, now harnessed thanks to him getting help controlling this. He becomes extremely powerful, but he drains his energy and stamina quickly, and with each grade, even more faster. He could lower the stamina drain by training and meditating his skills.

Golden / Spirit Form / Stardust Breaker- Midnight's form changes his appearance to a golden form, with his body becoming slightly bigger, and his eyes turning red or blue, depending if rage is a factor or not (red is rage, blue is controlled). His power would permit him great villains like Discord where he would barely become a percentage of the alicorns in his other forms (this multiplier can of course be tampered with in other stories, either to make buff or nerf him to accommodate the characters. He can use many spirit attacks as well, and could call the help of other spirits to aid him in battle (if battling is your thing) (right now the multiplier is in the thousands so yeah, you could nerf that if your heart desires it)

Midnight Terror - All of his pent of rage, all of his pent of negative emotions triggered into a transformation. This form also grants amazing power, but it's highly unstable. It could be triggered by rage or dark magic. It causes him to become completely a rampaging beast and extremely sadistic and evil.

Wolf Form - (if you're into this) Midnight can transform into a wolf, either by accident, or due to rage transforming his body. His spirit animal as a wolf gets interpreted into his body in this form, and he could also use spirit attacks, not to a degree that his Golden form can do

Passive Abilities -

Limit Breaker: This ability lets Midnight both stack forms, which leads to greater power boosts, and compact them down, meaning that whatever multiplier he gained from his highest form, part of it gets added to his base form. He also exponentially can grow in power.

Rage Boost: Midnight is able to gain a power boost through his rage basically.

Speed - He can go extremely fast, with his speed, increasing with higher forms. He could go at the speed of sound, but no Sonic Rainboom (cause that's RD's ability)

He can also use lightning and fire

Instincts: Midnight is able to defend and attack instinctively, dodging attacks without thinking. His counter attacks are massive as well.

Midnight has a high ATK, but his HP is low in proportion to his ATK. He formed a powerful defense and counter moves to defend himself. For Hunger Games he has many survival skills.

Personality

Midnight is usually a calm innocent pegasi who after the incident, tries to look past it by trying to stay happy. On the outside he seems super energetic and happy, but deep inside, he feels lonely and depressed, which can be released through sadness. He hates the number 13, which is associated with all the bad events that occurred. He becomes protective of his friends to not let anything happen to them. He is friendly and likes to hang out with others. He's also a bit timid sometimes, though he tries to get over it. He'll do anything to make others happy and protected, even at the expense of his own life (though it is hard to kill him). He sometimes meditates, and he's an excellent sword and bow wielder. He though, because of the trauma and time spent controlling his anger, is practically unaware of the teenage and adult world around him, leading him to awkward moments where he struggles to fit in. That being said here's every single scenario I think he could be.

Hunger Games - He could get a lot of kills, though in the end, if it meant living or dying for a friend, he'll probably choose the later. If his friend died though, it would trigger his rage, potentially eliminating every fighter near him. He also would appear weak and timid, but like I said, a trigger is enough to make him start killing the rest.

Lunar Republic - He'd become a help in advancing science due to his energy basically and a really good commander. He can fit both sides but if he'd chose to, he'd followed Luna.

Clopfics - He could join, but it'll be hard to do anything with him at the beginning as they would have to explain him a bunch of things and help him in the actual process (but it could be sped up if they discovered a way how to use his wolf / feral form to help him in the process). He can join, but that's just a warning.

Death Battle / Battles - Just remember that you can lower or increase his power to suit the universe.

He can fit in most if not all types of stories, just make sure to level him with that world. I'm going to like to see what ideas can form from this
