For the forum and the group as a whole, the following rules apply:

1. Remain civil. No flame wars will erupt if everyone respects each other. Any breach of this rule will be grounds for a warning. A repeat offense will result in a 1-day ban. Every repeat offense after that will result in a ban that is one day longer than the last.
2. Anyone who joins just to comment and then leaves the group will have their comment(s) deleted. no exceptions.
3. Only Admins may add fics to any folder besides the request for admission folder. Anyone can add fics to that folder.
4. Any and all suggestions must be considerate of an author's preference. If you continue to tell them to change the same thing in the same way over and over again, this will be grounds for a warning/ban.
5. If an author doesn't like your suggestions, come up with a different suggestion or leave them alone. Trying to fit a square peg into an equally-sized round hole doesn't work. Try a peg of a different shape.
6. If you are an author asking for advice and someone won't stop giving you the same unwanted advice, please ask them for a different option before reporting them. If they refuse to comply with your request for a different option and instead repeat the same unwanted suggestion from before, please report them. If you are found not asking for a different option and start attacking instead, both offenders will be warned/banned unless the person who made the suggestion has only made the suggestion once. I which case, only the author will be warned/banned.
7. Check back on the rules every once in a while. They are subject to change.
