The Lost Castle

Chapter 1
Twilight receives a letter from Princess Celestia to come to Canterlot Castle with the rest of the Mane six. The letter states that no-one else is to come and that a rather large important meeting is to happen. Twilight gets a bit nervous. "Why not bring spike? Why just me and my friends? This sounds serous." Spike on the other hand, didn't seem to mind much. "You'll be fine, its just what sounds like, a formal meeting." So Twilight gets ready to go to Canterlot and has spike send a letter to the rest of the Mane Six. Theres a knock on the door and it startles both Twilight and Spike. Spike answers the door only to call Twilight to see whos with him at the door. Twilight trots over to the door to see guards from the Canterlot Castle on the other side of the door. "We were sent to escort you good Princess." said a guard. There were chariots, six of them with all the mane six (except Twilight) already in each one. Twilight shrugs and gets into her chariot . It took a good long time due to the chariots not actually flying. This made Twilight even more nervous naturally. She was starting to worry. Was everything alright?

The Mane Six and their guard escort finally arrive at Canterlot. The absence of Ponies around the city was almost eerie and scary. The entire city was dead silent. But as the group approached Canterlot Castle, there were so many ponies that it was clear that something had happened. Guards were guarding the Castle doors and preventing any entry. Twilight could hear the local ponies say things like "Are the Princesses ok?" and "Are there any injured?". This didn't help Twilights nerves at all. She quickly dismounted the chariot and rushed to the castle door, ready to use magic for combat if needed. What she saw was truly something alright. Fifty Royal Guards where on the castle entry hall floor, wincing and crying in pain. Twilight ran as fast she could to the throne room only to see countless more injured guards and one pony standing infront of the two Princesses. But there was no combat happening. Everyone was staying as still as possible. Candence walked up behind Twilight, having been around and making sure everypony was actually ok. The only non Princess pony, who was wearing a red ribbon, had a white body with green mane with blue highlights, spoke. "About time you showed up. We can begin our meeting now if you wish." The mystery pony pulled a map almost out of thin air and said "He is at this location and he needs your assistance"
