You know what? The wonderbolts SUCK!

Spike wiped the floor with them, Rainbow Dash is faster than all of them combined, they didn't exactly help Equestria in the alternate doomed timelines, and they turned out to be terrible, terrible people. They're a band of circus performers who pretend to be military to feel cooler, but they're nothing. Nothing at all.

The wonderbolts should be begging Rainbow Dash to join them, not the other way around.
