Do you know where somepony like me can find an artist for my story and avatar?

If you want someone to do art for you there are a few things you can do.

A good place to find people willing to draw is on the website Deviantart
It is a website made for people to post their art and a lot of them do commissions, but they usually cost you money.

Some people on this website also do drawings for people, and quite a lot of them are free. You just need to keep a good eye out and you may see a blog talking about people offering to do art.
