Design the layout/bounty board?

I have some solid ideas how this group could be run:

[] Any story that uses an idea from here, directly, could be linked back to the group. If said story hits featured or becomes popular, it will gain the group some attention. This was how that con contest got popular.

[] Thread or weekly bio update? How should we notify people when new ideas are out?

[] Should we 'reward' people for using an idea here?
