Nightmare:

1. Sluagh

Restless spirits never put to rest. These are the spirit energies of the vilest and cruelest beings that walked the world, somehow escaping or being rejected by death itself. These vile spirits are incredibly fast and hard to hit, nearly impossible with regular weapons. Only magic and enchanted weapons have any chance of doing them in. On their own, they can’t do much but they tend to travel in groups.

2. Shadow Wolf Riders

The cavalry of choice for the Nightmare army. Normal Dire Wolves are too proud to have let anyone ride them and the large wolves of the Romans were not of reach to them. Instead, the Nightmare forces use unholy beasts of Dark Magic that resemble the familiar canines to ride into battle. They never tire and their riders must do their best to reign in their mounts and show them were they can tear into their prey.

3. Dark Stars

Large star fish like creatures. These unholy monsters are all tentacle and teeth. Their tentacles have claws that can help shred an opponent as they are crushing it with their strength. While not overtly fast, they can propel themselves at their opponents with impressive speed.

4. Baku

Medium sized hairy elephantine creatures, Baku delight in devouring dreams and nightmares. Because of this, they naturally give off an air of unease, causing enemy units to waver just with their presence. They have sharp claws and tusks which can gore an opponent that dares try to get too close.

5. Grimm

Skeleton creatures of death. These creatures were once equine servants of the gods of the underworld. Yet they were repurposed by Nightmare Moon to serve her instead. They are hard to kill as their forms can regenerate if not dealt massive blows or with holy magic. Their scythes can cut through almost anything and rend even the souls of their enemies.

6. Shadow Chariot

Chariots pulled by a pair of Shadow Wolves, Shadow Chariots are terror weapons. On them are a small team that man a small shadow cannon that can wreak havoc on enemies as they pass by. Their wolves can also shred any unit that gets in their way as they race across the battlefield.
