I remember reading in this one teen magazine a long time ago about how a teenage girl made friends with a guy her age who picked on her constantly on the bus. This one day, when the boy teased the girl to the point where he went a little overboard, the girl had an emotional breakdown and the boy got in trouble for it. I don't remember what happened, maybe a week's suspension or two, but the girl and the boy made up and they became friends.
I'd call that case of bullying a good ending and a win-win situation.
