It pains me that I have to post this. While I do like the idea of increasing my staff, I have a few things to figure out first before I open a position.

However, if you message me, or ask here about interest in being in the staff, I would review your fimfic page as a sort of resume. Then I would ask a few questions. Details for what comes after is for those who pass that first part.

On that note,

1.don't be demanding, your contributions in this group are not an entitlement.
2. don't pit one admin against another. Being added to my group is being added into a group of friends. We don't need that drama.
3. I care about friendship very dearly, and I consider all my staff as friends. Any disrespect to any staff member is disrespecting me.

I've had a issues come up, and in the first time in the groups history, a user has been banned.
