So after going over these new bios, a funny-yet-rediculous thought occurred to me: What if these characters existed in the same world as the original NextGen kids?

So basically this is a thread for ideas on who that would work. Be it Polyamory, open relationships, or simply going over how certain characters would interact, do hesitate to write out your thoughts and let your imagination run wild!

Cinder(SpikeXEmber):
In order to strengthen the alliance between the Dragon and Equine Kingdoms, the elder Dragons call upon an old tradition, which involves two champions from both Kingdoms to be married. While Ember is the obvious choice for the Dragon Kingdom and ends up going to Spike due to him being the only Dragon ever raised among Ponies. While Spike does like Ember, he's somewhat hesitant at first due to his relationship with Rarity, but she menages to convince him to go through with it, believing that not only will it help Equestria, but also give Spike someone to be with throughout his long lifespan. After agreeing to an open relationship, Spike eventually goes through with it.

Geode Glitz(RarityXMaud):
Before temporarily leaving for the Dragon Lands, Spike urges Rarity to find someone to "keep her company", not wanting their open relationship to be one-sided. During that time Rarity went gem-hunting (while Twilight babysat Crystal Clarity) and came across Maud in the Diamond Dog Mines, who inspecting possible fault-lines. Sadly during their search a cave-in forced them to take the long way out, which takes three days. During their journey, Rarity slowly started to see a huge range of emotions behind Maud's seemingly stoic exterior, while Maud comes to admire Rarity's eye for detail when they find themselves in a crystal cave, after they exit the cave Rarity thinks back on Spike's words and asks Maud out on a date...

Relationships:
Cinder loves to hang out with T the most when he visits from the Dragon Lands, often wanting to train with him since he's one of the few who he can easily get rough with without worrying about their safety. While T likes to spoil him rotten, he continues to try and teach him to embrace the more peaceful side of being a Dragon...

Cinder doesn't seem to get along with Clarity that much, seeing her as "too stuck up", while Clarity dislikes his constant attempts to wrestle her (especially at work) since she believes that the Dragon Land Prince should act more noble than that. Despite that she does have a protective instinct that will surface immediately if he's in danger.

Geode seems to bond with Clarity the best, often helping her go mining for gems when she gets the chance, likewise Clarity occasionally helps her with her mining work, While Geode loves how Clarity accepts her uniqueness, Clarity both respects and fears her strength.

Geode's interactions with T are less vocal than you's think, granted they'll trade words and can hold a conversation, but they seem to be able to easily read the others mood perfectly. You'd almost swear they're psychic...

5506590 I'd love to see Cinder and Claire interact. Claire trying to educate Cinder on pony culture while Cinder gets in constant trouble due to saying something stupid or inappropiate out loud in a public place.
