Hello there! You must have come here so you could discuss any topic you want with the Fimfiction community! Well, we've got ya covered, but there are some rules that we'd like you to follow. Protocol and all that.

1. Act with respect towards others. This is a group for discussion. Therefore, people will have different opinions from you. Please treat them with respect so that discussion can be healthy and not devolve into a flame war.

2. Swears are allowed, but please don't direct them towards others in a hurtful way. We'll be patrolling the threads for any troublemakers.

3. This isn't a group for promoting, looking for advice... basically, anything that isn't discussion is not allowed. If you want writing advice, go to The Writer's Groups. There are many groups for self-promotion if that is what you seek.

4. Anything worth discussing is free game here. But if you want to discuss anything of an offensive or sensitive nature (basically, anything NSFW), please say so in the title of your thread.

5. Rule five is rule one. I cannot stress this enough: please act in a respectful manner towards others.

The last is more of a guideline than a strict rule, but... have fun!

Before I forget, here's how punishments work.

Much like real life, it'll depend on the severity of the crime, which we'll personally assess. But, suffice to say, outrageous acts of offense that hurt or otherwise harm people will be met with a ban. We won't take that sort of thing lightly 'round these parts.

But with that said, you should be fine as long as you don't come here looking to personally attack people. 'Cause that's bad. And we're not here for bad, we're here for fun. So go and have fun already.
