Make every second count. Never run out of inspiration.

Concentrate on ONE idea at a time, or you'll never get done. Try making a schedule, and a list of ideas. Add ideas when you get them. You can try writing the whole first story on the list, and then the second, etc., or you can write a chapter of the first, chapter of the second, chapter of the third...

Don't let anything distract you. When you're writing, write. Don't do anything else. Give yourself time for writing, and writing only. Share your idea with your family and friends. Read it to them. You may find out if it's a good idea, and whether you can change anything. If you're not ready to read it to anyone, just read it aloud to yourself.

A good cure for writer's block in my experience:
Narrate your mornings (or your evenings, lunchtimes, instances in general) as if they were a story. Chances are that what you're doing is very different from what would happen in a work of fiction. They will open your eyes to different descriptions you would use in something real as opposed to something fictional.

Write these narrations down, and analyze any ideas you may be stuck on that gives you your Author's Bane. Then, play it up- make it overly dramatic. Try applying different tones to that same story, and your case should clear up after much toiling with this instance.

Oh, also, a cure for writing apathy: write. Just writing anything will get you back into the swing of things after enough pushing.
