I like to cover songs that are in the C key in the C# key. For me, the most common form of doing this would be covering a song that has a drop C guitar tuning with the drop C# tuning. My absolute favorite song to do this on would be Break My Fall by Breaking Benjamin.

I like song covers that go over and beyond the original recording. If you do it the exact same as the album version, I'm not impressed.

4110004 When it comes to actually listening to covers, I mostly like bass covers. Bass guitar is my favorite instrument, so when I see someone whip out one of those bad boys and play a song I like, I just go "Oh goody!"
