Joanne Rowling's descent into her own prejudices and hate has been nothing sort of sad and pathetic. Sad for all the fans, including myself, who had to see her turning into someone who cares more about hurting people than helping out. And pathetic because none of this remotely concerns her. A trans person's life won't ever have an effect on her life, and even when her trans misogyny ends up affecting cis women too, she's surrounded by enough money and privilege to go on unaffected. So, she does all of this because and for nothing.
