The difference between an error and a mistake is that an error becomes a mistake when you won't correct it. And the thing is, I made multiple errors, and I realize that I have to correct these before they become mistakes, but I'm not sure how.

What I did was allow an admin to behave unprofessionally, and I over-intervened. It's all a matter of figuring out how to correct it.

Truth is, I already made a couple of mistakes, which was one reason why this escalated.
