I always wanted to say that.
Anyways; I had a plan to do this a while ago, but haven't managed to find any spare time to do this before, I'm suggesting a little change towards the folder structure.
As the current structure is based namely on the tags, I'd suggest a little different structure, which is heavily inspired by Twilight's Library:

- All stories
- Destructive
- Playful
- Adventure
- Alternative universe
- Non-pony (former Human) (For both; Anthro and Human tags)
- Crossovers
- Melancholia (merging Sad and currently absent Tragedy)
- A little silly (merging Comedy and Random)
- Slice of Life
- Dark
- Science fillies

If you feel like there's something missing in this, feel free to suggest changes.
