This just came to me, what if there were a power ponies villainess that was like Mask Scara from The Powerpuff Girls and used makeup as her tools. But instead of just applying permanent makeup it also turned those she hit into prima donas or bimbos. I dunno, it's just a random idea that came to me and maybe theres clopfic potential in it.
