It sounds like you understand the basics. The biggest thing that I noticed was that most of your mixes were very short, which is pretty common when first starting out. Unless you have any specific questions, I'd say you probably just need time and experience at this point. Listen to a lot of mixes, find the transitions you like and figure out what they're doing. Also, are you spending any time playing vinyl? Three are a lot of things that you learn intuitively on turntables that electronic mixing doesn't give you. Lastly, I've been a fan of Ellaskins on youtube for a while. He's got some good things to say.
