There are some tags that fit a story I wanted to submit more than others, but some of the major tags are locked and I can't add them in the folders, specifically Dark and Adventure. Can only certain people add to those threads? Do I have to contact an admin to get them added to those tags?

The one I was referring to specifically is The Prince and the Gunslinger. Night has some of the locked tags, as well. I have other stories, but for now those two will do. And thank you. ^^
