Can anyone draw my OC Mirror Shard with this information?

Gender: male

Species: Changeling

Hide: dark, dark black

Mane like color: white

Wing color: dark, dark gray (his wings naturally resemble Pegasus wings but still bug like in nature).

Accessories: a pitch black bowler hat just behind his Changeling horn, and a black and white scarf almost always worn except on hot days.

Magic color: dark yellow (???)

Eye color: Ruby red

one question: When you say his scarf is black and white, do you mean stripes or some other pattern?
