I recently found this piece of Soviet propaganda and ran into a little predicament:

Does anyone know what language the text on the flag is in? I thought it was Russian, but I realized the language doesn't seem to have some of these characters.

The piece is called "Long Live the Party of Lenin and Stalin" by Vladimir Stenberg, but judging from some of the words in the art, I don't think the title and the message are one in the same.

I googled the world 'Sotsializm', and it came up as a word from Uzbek, and I googled 'Partijasi' which is also evidently Uzbek, so I assume it's Uzbek. It's evidently spoken in Uzbekistan, a Central Asian country. It's evidently south of Kazakhstan.
