To those in the sands, and those in the waters
To those hounded by memories, of being shelled by mortars
And those of injured, both mentally and physically
you won't be forgotten by me
you will be remembered by your sons, and your daughters back home

Never before have we lost so much
Such as the sacrifice you made for those you clutch
Never have before had we been forced to watch
as our men died for Churchills botch
for as you have died
many more have cried
and we will continue to weep
for those of you who sleep
in the bloodied sands of Galipoli.

I wish that there was more
we could do for those who came before
the great ANZACs of yore
We wish you could return once more

But mothers wipe your tears
and fathers steady your fears
for never shall we endure a greater loss
than those who lie in moss
just don't forget those who fell so young
and caused a bell to be rung
for you shall see them again soon
after another moon
for you are remembered by we
But most importanly you are remembered by me

Bloody hell that's a good poem! Good on ya mate!
