The CMC as well as their classmates are available, as well as their teacher, Miss Cherilee, who has been introduced in the story as Ms. Helen Lee, the elementary school teacher at the school the younger kids attend (like a middle school/junior high). The Mane 6 are in high school someplace in Western Australia in the story.

Lavender Heart is about this guy named John Radderson (Skaltrox Defiance Knight) who has 5 best friends who share a quality or personality with the mane 6 character. One by one, the MLP Theory analysts (aka anthro Celestia and Luna) send emails to these people and they transform into the anthro ponies that best suits their personality.
