Yep, you're seeing this right, an artist turned Dry Bowser and King Boo into Toon Monsters, and I'm making them into cards. Only thing, I need some help thinking of names and effects for them. IDK if there are other effects that some Toon monsters have, but I do have one card that is special as a Toon, and I'll show it here too

Basically, this card gives Toon World protection from card effects that can destroy it, but if this card is destroyed, so is toon World, it's basically the creator of the Toon World book.
