So, when I found a fan made Evil HERO deck called "The Reign of Evil" I immediately thought of adding these cards into the deck when I'm able to. Of course, these are custom cards, but so are all the cards in "The Reign of Evil" structure deck. I showed them to some people on Discord, and one of the users said that Evil HERO Sinister Prayer is just a worse version of Infernal Devicer, and of course, that I needed to change it to a Fiend instead of a Spellcaster, which I am doing.
