Earlier today, device heretic finally unveiled the first 2 chapters of the revised Nocturne. Now the story is gone, and DH's homepage says he's banned.

So, I asked in chat. He was banned for deleting Nocturne and resubmitting it. Turns out that what you're supposed to do is not delete your story, but click "revoke submission", rewrite it, and then submit it again.

It's a temporary ban. I don't know how long it's for.
