Getting so close... 97 upvotes. Just want it to reach one hundred soon. I would like for it to be over 100 by the end of tonight. That would be awesome.

About the first chapter... Feedback is desired.

Well, it took a month to write, and a week to type up... An additional two weeks or so to get it fully edited, and, finally, I got it out after a while.
About the chapter itself...
I think the major criticism was the letters at the end.
While I can't rightly go back and take them out...
I have made some edits to fix it up a bit. And to use it more towards a joke.

Also, if anyone can link me to some good opera, I would greatly appreciate it.

I actually have very eclectic tastes in music. Thus, a musical motif is likely to leak its way into the story. No surprise, really, as I, at one point, wrote a story about a composer-prince.

So, there is a hint for you.

Also, you should all check out one of my favorite TwiMac fics- A Canterlot Courtship. Seriously, it doesn't get the exposure it should, and it is a really good fic, and helped me come up with this one.
