He is the SENATE!
23). Darcy (Amphibia)
Adorably evil!
24). Eris (Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas)
Hotness incarnate. Sorry, Discord, you’re nothing compared to her.
25). Slade (Teen Titans)
Imagine having him as a high school teacher. Students will learn to behave.
26). Lord Dominator (Wander Over Yonder)
She can dominate me anytime ;)
27). Mojo Jojo (The Powerpuff Girls)

We get it, Mojo. You’re not even the first on the list, so shut up already.

I do love his EXTRA THICC evilness!

This guy would give Slenderman a run for his money.

He and Lex Luther would be great friends, I bet.

YES, THE BEAST.
Slade is a fucking badass chess master villain, and I won’t be told otherwise. His presence demands respectful silence from the viewer, and he will get it from you, make no mistake. I personally prefer his Teen Titans appearance the most, but I do like his comic book quips a lot. If recall correctly, he literally tells Brother Blood to his face that he was being paid to kill him, however after meeting him that’s would’ve gladly killed him for free.
