I remember taking my nieces (at the time 5 and 2) to see this opening weekend! They loved it and currently I found myself rewatching the movie and I remembered why I too liked the movie. Funny thing: Merida is the ONLY Pixar character to also be considered a Disney Princess. Having been officially inducted into the lineup in 2013*. Her line of toys/products were among the more popular at the time of release.

Happy anniversary! This movie is definitely worth another watch....especially if you wanna watch a Pixar movie after witnessing Lightyear (my review of that coming soon).
