Team Strikers Snippit #1 - "Fancy-Pansy Powers" · 5:35pm May 24th, 2022
(This is just something I'd thought I'd do with Team Strikers; the Pokemon Rescue Team I created and made a blog post about back on my main account of TimeMan202. Figured I'd make these to give people better insight into this Rescue Team and the personalities that make them up.)
The scene opens up with a Mega Manetric standing over a 5 year old Goldeen child
Mega Manetric: Ha! Your such a doofus, thinking you can take me.
Suddenly the Manetric is punched in the gut by Raiden who comes out of nowhere from behind
Raiden: Are you okay there kid?
Golden Child: EEEEEEE! IT'S LIGHTNING STRIKE RAIDEN! Oh um...I'm okay sir...
Raiden: Good.
Mega Magnetric: What the heck? Are you crazy? Your just a Kantonian Raichu. You can't go mega nor do you have a gigantamax form.
Raiden: Maybe I am a little crazy, but then again... Raiden proceeds to beat the crap out of the Mega Manetric effortlessly Maybe I'm not.
The Magnetric suddenly goes back to being a normal Magnetric
Magnetric: I don't understand...how are you powerful enough to beat a mega evolved Pokemon? Your just a Kantonian Raichu! You don't have psychic powers like your Alolan Varient to fall back on, you don't have a mega evolution like I do, and you most certainly do not have a gigantimax form like your old form of a Pikachu. Yet despite all that, you STILL managed to beat me single handlely.
Raiden: I don't need fancy-pansy powers like Mega Evolution or Gigantimax to be able to beat bullies like you. With the right amount of training, a normal pokemon like me, can beat the pants off a mega evolution or gigantimax pokemon with ease. Because those that use that sort of power JUST because they believe themselves to be better than everyone else don't know how to use that power correctly. That's why you lost to the likes of me. Sure your mega form makes you stronger, but tell me something: Does it LOOK like I need your fancy-pansy powers of mega evolution or gigantimax to beat the likes of you?
Magnetric: N-no...no you do not need those powers to beat me...
Raiden: And don't you forget it!
