This morning at 7:59AM CST my good computer passed away. With it's passing it leaves me locked out of my youtube, google docs, and any emails i had. Funny that my computer dies today when I've been given a offer at work that requires that computer. I'm pretty sure I can't fix the problem so everything will be lost.... Yea not sure what to do since this computer can't handle the programs nor does it have any of the information i lost. Just goes to show my life is great.... at least i have PONIES.

Yesterday XP would load fine but lock up after an hr or so, this morning it would lock up and reset itself, now it loads to the 'pick a mode to boot in' where the keyboard won't let me pick an option and it tries to load the "last known working" which it loads and sit there and does nothing.... I'm waiting for a friend to get home from work so i can get his 2 cents on it, if i can't get it fixed i need to wipe it which I'll lose some of my online stuff. I'll say this much.... NEVER partition your hard drive. With my hard drive being trashed like this i can't get into my backup stuff

Nope about all i can do is watch it fail to load over and over again which is why it's not plugged in anymore. I'm going to clean out the case pretty sure i've got about 7-9hrs before my friend gets home for me to ask at least.

check to see if there's anything in there like rat nests or similar items. that might be what's causing the meltdown.

just finished blowing out the computer no rat nests I tend to clean it out every few months. Plenty of dust lol. Just gotta keep going over each pc maintenance pc recovery step i can remember. I knew it was going to be a bad day when i woke up at 2am.
