    Happy St. Patrick's Day🍀☘️

Currently doing a bar crawl in Downtown (ok so we started in Corktown and are making our way through any good AVAILABLE bar today) with some friends and a couple of co-workers of mine, who we unintentionally ran into. Turns out great minds think alike! Ironically I'm the "Uber Call Girl" tonight so...unfortunately can't get TOO wasted (plus I actually have work tomorrow...couldn't call off).

Happy 25th Anniversary "Selena" · 2:36am Mar 22nd, 2022

Original Release Date: March 21st, 1997
(Honestly didn't know this one. I knew it came out in March of '97, but I didn't know when.)

What else can I say about this movie? It was beautiful. Tragic, but beautiful. Jennifer Lopez did an almost too good (I do mean ALMOST. Some bits didn't quite work) job at portraying the late "Queen of Tejano music". And now, for your ugly cry perusement, I present the final scene.

Reminder: Selena Quintanilla-Perez was only 23 when she was murdered and this film came out almost 2 years after her death. The Netflix tv series felt a little more close to the actual life and times though...
