The Birds and the... Bugbears?

A funny little scene idea I had not worth its own story:
(Open on the Cutie Mark Crusaders sitting around the Golden Oak Library enjoying Twilight Time. The Princess gathers them all together in front of a blackboard to introduce their next lesson.)

"Okay, girls! This next project of ours should be quite fun. Who would like to raise some baby tadpoles?"
(Assorted noises of excitement from The Girls^TM)

"Only the thing is, we don't have the tadpoles yet. Instead, we have grown-up frogs from Froggy Bottom Bog!" (gestures to nearby tank of frogs)
"Now, if you're wondering how we might get our little tadpoles from the grown-up frogs, I believe I should offer a bit of a primer on the miracle of reproduction." (starts to scratch on chalkboard) "Now girls, when a boy and a girl love each other--"

"Uh, Twilight? We know how sex works."

(sounds of reality shattering)
"Wh-What? You... you do?"

(the three verbally agree and nod among each other)

"But... how? I mean, I'm not saying that you aren't very mature, intelligent young fillies, but..."

"Well, Twilight, I live on a farm. I'm pretty sure Applejack had introduced the concept to me by age five."
"I walked in on Rarity with one of her flings once and she felt she owed me an explanation."
"I just have very responsible and open-minded caregivers."

"...Oh. Well! I suppose I shouldn't have doubted your education, then. Do, uh... do you girls have any questions I might be able to help with?"

(Apple Bloom raises her hoof.)

"Yes, Apple Bloom?"

"Yeah, did you know that Spike has been hiding back there, listening in?"
