PewDiePie speaking the truth about the facade of celebrities' fitness goals · 7:16am Feb 8th, 2022
For many years, the media is known for impacting the lives of ordinary people and that can be a good thing and a bad thing.
People can be deceived by what they see on movies and TV. Most commonly, the unrealistic ideal body standards that society expects those to have.
I don't like it when people tell me what type of body I should have because it creates a toxic mindset of not being good enough. To compare myself to others is my absolute worst enemy and it's the last thing that I want.
Just so you know, I'm a normal guy with an average body. I workout for the maintenance of my weight and health, not to gain muscles.
Hey,
I 100% disagree with you on this topic, and I'm coming from the POV of someone with objectively terrible genetics (I have Elhers Danlos).
However, I do find this topic interesting and want to write a blog about it. Do you mind me referencing your blog post in my own?
