New Card, Need Help w/Card Text

So, as you can see, this card is not complete, which is why I haven't uploaded it to my DA account yet. I'm still in the creation process. Now, my problem, I'm having trouble thinking of card text for it. I don't know if I should just take Flame Wingman's card text and add the typical Toon monster effects, or come up with something different. The only thing I'm certain about is that I'm not going to make a Toon Avian or Toon Burstanatrix, so instead, if Toon World is in play when you use Polymerization to fuse Avian and Burstanatrix, you can choose to summon this card instead of Flame Wingman or Phoenix Enforcer

What do you think of it now? Follow advice from a friend on Discord, I turned it into a normal effect monster instead of a fusion monster, similar to how Toon Black Luster Soldier isn't a ritual monster like the normal Black Luster Soldier is
