First you have to get the photos onto a webserver. Then you find the link to that photo on that webserver. Then, when you're writing your fimfiction blog post, you click on the blue-and-green boxy icon which looks like a tiny picture of the sun in a blue sky over 2 green mountains. It asks you for a URL. You paste in the URL (link) to your photo.
The only tricky part is finding free photo hosting. Fimfiction is cleverly designed not to host any of your images--knighty only lets you upload links to images hosted on other websites. The only exception is your avatar. So I can easily post your avatar in this comment.
Used to be there were lots of free photo-hosting sites. Not so much anymore. Also used to be you could paste a picture into a Google Docs and get a link to it, not anymore. Try googling for free image hosting; I'm sure there's still something out there.
