Hey hey, just throwing a quick question out to anyone who is able to help. Is there a specific amount of time that it takes for stories to be approved? I'm only asking as I've had a story waiting for approval for a while now. All help appreciated. Thanks!

If it's your first story it probably got stuck in the Moderation Queue. So it really depends on the amount of stories waiting to be approved, as far as I know there's only a couple moderators so it probably takes them a while to do copyright checks, see if there's plagiarism, if it follows all the rules, etc.
I wouldn't worry too much, it'll get published eventually, but I don't think there's a solid answer for the amount of time it might take
Usually it doesn’t take that long (though to be fair, the last time I used the queue was 2018), but I presume it will either be approved or accepted eventually.
