Blueberry muffin bread

A bit of a fail, a bit of a success. We were having trouble with the center part because it just wasn’t cooking properly. Why bread instead of muffins? Because we cheap, and we don’t have a cupcake tray at home

If you're having trouble getting the center cooked before the edges are overcooked, try lowering the oven temperature and baking it for longer. You might also try adding a little extra flour if the recipe was designed for muffins instead of loaves.

The bread is superior the muffins anyways, with muffins you get a set amount and with bread you can cut exactly how much you want.
