Last night was rough · 2:17pm Jun 25th, 2021
I ate 2 spinach puffs, noodles, coleslaw, and gelato for dinner. An hour later, I had a headache and felt the urge to vomit. I burped a lot of times as I was too stuffed. I went to the toilet and stimulated my tongue with the other end of my toothbrush so I can throw up the excess of what I ate. I thought it was over, but nausea persisted as minutes went by.
I took an antacid at around 10pm in hopes that it would go away. However, I went to the sink to vomit for the 2nd time. I slept at around 11pm, but I kept tossing and turning as nausea was still there. I drank chamomile tea and took Naproxen at around 12:30am and minutes later, I threw up in the sink for the 3rd time.
As I went back to bed, the nauseous feeling gradually went away and eventually, I slept well. As I woke up this morning, I somehow felt better and learned to monitor the portions of whatever I eat. Because of that awful experience, I'm not going to eat ice cream for a week.
