Update and Appreciation

    Thanks for the favs and nice words everyone! I'm writing this as a blog post because I want the story to be as it is with as few author's notes and interruptions as possible. I'm working on this in my free time (not all my free time, just when I have an idea and the urge to write), so chapters may take a bit to come out.
    This last chapter was actually pretty difficult for me, and I feel both positive and negative about it. Once I thought of the idea of the elements contacting and pushing Dash on the right path, I thought it was exactly what I needed to move the plot along. At the same time, I fought so much with trying to keep Rainbow in character while maintaining the fact that she doesn't have any meaningful memories anymore. I found it pretty difficult, and if you don't think it's quite right at all, I don't blame you. From this point on, it will be more a recovery story, and I plan on her slowly becoming more of herself as he story develops.
