I... I really cannot believe this...
The voice actor Samuel E. Wright, well known for his voice role as Sebastian in Disney’s The Little Mermaid has passed away at the age of 74. I send my condolences to his family as they grieve at this time.
Although I didn’t like the movie that much, his character was one of the good parts in it especially his famous song “Under the Sea”. Now I’m gonna have to listen to it again...

As for the video you shared, Jess Harnell is definitely the best suited for the role since his Sebastian voice is so on point. Kevin Michael Richardson comes a close second.
