Why live and work for a piece of paper and handshake? Warlord and Mercs sound better.

    My thoughts.

I see myself as expendable, something that you could use and then throw away when you don't need it anymore. Like a gear in a machine. A number in a complex code. A chess piece.

    Ain't no way💀

I was gonna post this yesterday but I forgot lol.

So, apparently, my coworker got a text from a friend that he was currently hiding since he heard shots ring out at the local mall. I'm not sure if anyone was injured (besides the suspects probably), but I wish them a speedy recovery to those that did🙏

we in Vietmane bitch! · 11:53pm May 1st, 2021

"Agile-7 is now approaching the enemy outpost, gunships are approaching, all ground units stay clear" the pilot said into his headset as our helicopter was approaching the enemy outpost which is 2 klicks up north near a village, operation grey fox is now in motion. we and 8 more helicopters were flying with us to help attack and destroy this outpost which had been responsible for defeating two battalions and taking over one of our firebases, I sat on the side with my M60 and looking over the vietmane landscape 'this is gorgeous, too bad there's a war going on tho'

"Agile-5 to Agile-7, wanna us to play some music while we hand their asses to them? over" the pilot of Agile-7 said as his helicopter flew next to us "Agile-5 this is Agile-7, let's show these fuckers how we deal with those who mess with us! play the song! Let's avenge our brothers! over!" our pilot replied with glee.

"read you loud and clear Agile-7!" I then heard an all too familiar song playing from the loudspeakers attached to the side of the helicopter, and the moment I heard it, I smiled.

as our helicopter was now near the base I pointed the gun at the base and pressed the trigger, the other helicopters followed suit.

Bratatatatatatata!

the sound of the gun firing is beautiful! the sound of the rotor blades was drowned out by the sweet sound of our machine guns firing at once at the outpost, some parts of the outpost exploded (probably the place where they store the ammo and stuff) and I still kept my smile as the explosions reflected off my sunglasses. as I fired I saw ponies running to and fro, either to get to cover and fire at us or hide.

just because we were up in the air with our guns doesn't mean the enemy could shot back, some of their rounds whizzed by us. then I heard the worst sound ever...the sound of a 50. caliber.

"be careful! they got a 50. cal down there!" the pilot said as he tried his best to dodge the rounds.

"Agile-7! this is Agile-5! we need to abort the mission! I repeat! we need to-" the pilot was cut off along with the music as the helicopter burst into flames and started spinning out of control before exploding in midair.

"This is Agile-8! Agile-5 is down! we need to retreat immediately!"

"Agile-8 this is Agile-7! we-" we too were cut off as our helicopter started spinning out of control "mayday! mayday! this is Agile-7! we are going down! I repeat! we are going down!" the pilot said as he tried to take back control and stop the helicopter from spinning, I clung to my seat as best as I could so that I don't get thrown off.

one of the guys that were with us fell from his chair and flung from our helicopter 'shit is getting real! is this how I die?' I thought to myself as we approached the ground.

"everyone! brace for impact!" the pilot was able to say before the helicopter finally crashed, the force of the impact caused me to jump and hit my head on the roof, knocking me out cold.

did I do a good job on this?
