Ideas for new story

So, for the story I thought of, it started with a what if. So, for my what if I thought: What if Zephyr become an alicorn?

I know that seems oddly, because stallions can't be alicorns, to which I understand. But I wanna show you my ideas I came up with, and if you have critiques I'll like some.

• Within the au, I wanted to do something where Zephyr would think that finding artifacts is his calling. 
• The way Zephyr would go into the alternate reality is when he played one of the keys on the piano, to which it causes a portal to be open. The magic that was inside the piano was caused by another portal opening within the other parts of Equestria, as some of the magic hit within the piano, causing it to go on the middle D piano key of the piano.
• While he travels through the portal to the alternate reality of Equestria, he starts to painfully develop a horn on his forehead.
• I thought of doing a bit of a romance thing between him and the alternate reality Applejack. I thought of going off maybe as a friend to lovers, to which when I think at first it should be a bit rocky before they become friends, then fall in love.
• The struggles that Zephyr would go through is learning about and controlling his magic, since he grew a horn, he wouldn’t be use to it as it caused him to his balance to stumble, his magic would starts to explode everywhere if he gets scared by somepony or something, and whenever he tries to use his magic for training, he’d become more of doing the spells wrong and causing havoc for himself and others. 

These are all I have. I hope you enjoy them, and if I'm sure I'll post more of my ideas.
