The games I played are legit. They were downloaded online by my sister and were all stored in a single cartridge.

My favourite antipiracy feature comes from the game Mystery of the Abbey, in which you play as a monk trying to solve a mystery. At certain points in the game, a chiptune rendition of Ave Maria by Schumann can be heard. In pirated copies the word pirate is repeated over and over again.

If you're asking about the anti-piracy screen of Nintendogs as real, it certainly is. I just found out about it this year as the video was uploaded on December 2020.

That's what I meant. I asked as quite a few antipiracy screens out there are fanmade. A lot of games lack them now, given cracking is a lot easier than it used to be. Another great one comes from one of the Batman games, where pirates copies have the glide capability disabled, making the game impossible to complete.
