Aside from Pegasus Device, there’s probably nothing more or even as ominous as the undying legend of Rainbow Factory. But the translation has long been done. So what’s the point of making a second one? Well, that’s not exactly what I did…

Most of you probably know that Rainbow Factory has recently been corrected and had a few details changed to make it more consistent with the new RF/PD canon. And some of the old fans, from back when RF was still only on Google Docs, may also remember that Rc’s Polish translation was actually its first non-English version. So as soon as the new RF went live, I reached out to Rocky to ask him for permission to update his translation. But why didn’t I just make an up-to-date translation? Well, it just takes much less time and effort to modify an existing text. Also, I didn’t want to take any recognition away from Rocky. I wanted people to know that it’s not RF’s first Polish translation, which is easier to communicate and doesn’t need any additional information when he’s featured as the original translator.
