Flash Back to 9 year old self. · 5:04am Feb 25th, 2021
So, I was a big mlp fanatic as a kid, and now my love for the show has slightly mellowed out overtime, but 9 year old me was a big fan of the show. So, unsurprising, I had quite a few toys.
Now, I was a naive kid. And I was a shallow kid. I didn’t like characters because they were “evil” or “was a villain” because in my mind, villain = bad guys, and you aren’t supposed to like bad guys.
Despite this, I owned one “bad guy” toy. It was Chrysalis. Now, as a kid, when my mom bought it for me, I told her that Chrysalis was a bad guy, and that I didn’t like her. My mom then asked me why I wanted to buy her if I didn’t like her.

It was a toy I was talking about, yet everyday, I tried to teach my toy how to be a better person. And this was long before season six was out, and before the end of the series. Really, my efforts went to waste with the doll.
Oof
Well, I applaud you for trying
Sounds more "sweet" than "embarrassing" to me. I mean, yeah, fictional character and inanimate toy, but still, the sentiment is touching. Even if Chrysalis deserves to burn.
