A "Christian" YouTuber gives a bad rep to the Christian community

I stumbled upon a video titled "A Christian's Response to Disney Debuting First Bisexual Lead Character" by Hannah Williamson. Currently having 2,500 likes and 28,000 dislikes, it is a clear indication that the video is full of hate against the LGBTQ+ community. I didn't bother watching it. I just posted a comment saying, "If you don't like it, then don't watch it. We don't need to listen to unnecessary negativity from homophobic nobodies like you. I'm a progressive Protestant and whether you like it or not, I absolutely disagree with you one million percent.".

It pisses me off that people with narrow mindsets like her still exist in the 21st century. It's already 2021! Why the hell can't she accept the fact that Disney is moving with the times? Why the hell can't she realize how important it is to have proper representation in animation and other forms of entertainment? Just because a word has "sexual" in it doesn't mean it's THAT kind of sexual. It's not about the sex organs. It's about being attracted to someone because of their personality.

I've had enough of people using religion to hurt others, to excuse their bigotry, and to justify their discrimination against marginalized groups. So-called "Christians" like her will never understand and don't deserve to be called children of God.

The template excuse they use is 'oh, it's forcing an agenda down society's throat'. This is staggeringly hypocritical, as they often try to force their own agenda down society's throat.

They don't act this way because they believe God wants them to. They act like this because they want to be horrible to a group they don't like and use one line in one book of the Bible as an excuse.

I think I got one that trumps this. In 2012, there was a pastor in North Carolina who stated he hated President Obama for siding with the homosexuals for allowing gay marriage, saying, "I'm agin it, the lord agin it, Jesus agin it, the Bible's agin it, and you have any sense your agin it too.", and saying he wanted to commit genocide on the queers. If you don't believe me, here's proof.

Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death. Because they have cursed their father or mother, their blood will be on their own head. If a man commits adultery with another man’s wife — with the wife of his neighbor — both the adulterer and the adulteress are to be put to death.

One can only assume the reason they keep quiet about that lot is because a certain orange fellow is an adulterer?
